Leadership Liberty Tour-Class of 2016

It’s important for our young leaders to visit and experience the heritage and culture of Seabrook Village. This year’s Leadership Liberty Class visited us and learned just how different life was for the first residents of Seabrook Village.

Elementary School Field Trips

We love having kids come to Seabrook Village! There’s nothing like being able to do something for yourself and that’s what we teach here. We frequently host elementary school groups and girl scout troops. The children participate in activities such as corn grinding, churning butter and taking hay rides. It’s a way to reconnect our young-folk with nature and show them just how hard people had to work before modern day conveniences.

Familiarization Tour 2014

We had some special guests visit us and we’re glad they took the time to come out to see what we have to offer. The staff from the Kingsland and Savannah Visitor Information Centers joined us to explore Seabrook Village. Prior to taking the tour, they were unfamiliar with our location and history. We’re pleased to say that by the time they left, they told us they would recommend Seabrook Village as a heritage tourism attraction to visitors who came through their centers. We appreciate Kingsland and Savannah’s.
